Seattle Smoke

It’s been a long, dry year here in the Pacific Northwest, and that’s resulted in a horrendous summer of wildfires. Though none of the fires are in the Seattle area, we’ve had the scent of wood smoke in the air for the past couple of days. Here’s a video that shows why … and how the smoke patterns are likely to flow through tonight (Sunday 8/23).

If you live ANYWHERE in the northwest, keep a weather eye on the air quality conditions . . . PARTICULARLY if you or anyone you love has respiratory issues.
