One thing that hasn’t changed during my time away from the blog is that Wednesday is Game Night. And I’ve continued to use Facebook to post updates of the action as it occurs.
Some people suggested that I use my Twitter account to do that, since ANYONE can follow Twitter but I have to allow people in as my “friend” in order for them to follow my Facebook posts. But the thing is, I just cannot be bound my the 140 character limit while describing the goings on at our gaming table. I enjoy turning evocative phrases too much. So on Facebook it remains.
The good news, though, is that I let just about anyone in as a “friend” on FB (taking the broader meaning of the word to include anyone who is interested enough to CARE what I have to say/post) … so if you want in on the Game Night action, just send me a friend request.
Tonight we’re heading into the second week of another Pulp Cthulhu mini-campaign entitled “The Miskatonic Five and the Lotus Blossom of Shanghai!” Lots of pulpy, 1930s era, Saturday afternoon matinee style action going on.
